You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at Connect@ravyaas.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Ravyaas Drapes operates as a multi-seller marketplace platform. Products and services listed on the Platform are offered by independent third-party sellers. Ravyaas Drapes acts as an intermediary to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. Ravyaas Drapes does not own, manufacture, or directly sell any products unless explicitly stated. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, images, and pricing. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Ravyaas Drapes does not guarantee that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; orders are subject to availability and seller confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in connection with payment processing.

Shipping services are facilitated through Shippo, our logistics partner. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available carriers are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ravyaas Drapes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and any individual seller return policies. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution. Ravyaas Drapes may facilitate disputes between buyers and sellers but is not obligated to issue refunds for transactions between third-party sellers and buyers. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of Ravyaas Drapes or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without prior written consent. Sellers retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant Ravyaas Drapes a license to display them on the Platform.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (d) use the Platform to transmit harmful code or malware; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) engage in fraudulent transactions; (g) manipulate reviews or ratings; (h) scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or (i) violate any applicable laws or regulations. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ravyaas Drapes, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Ravyaas Drapes DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Small claims court actions are exempt from this arbitration requirement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Ravyaas Drapes is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located within the United States for any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms. Our principal place of business is Mumbai, India.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ravyaas Drapes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Any unauthorized use of your account.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

Ravyaas Drapes may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at Connect@ravyaas.com.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending orders may be cancelled at Ravyaas Drapes's discretion.
• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The following sections survive termination: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ravyaas Drapes regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.

Force Majeure: Ravyaas Drapes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, infrastructure failures, government actions, or interruptions to essential services.

Electronic Communications: By using the Platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Ravyaas Drapes, including emails, notifications, and messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Ravyaas Drapes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
